About
Aubrey is a solicitor in the corporate and commercial department at Culbert Ellis, having recently qualified following the successful completion of the SQE examinations and his training contract with the firm.
He advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
During his training contract, Aubrey also gained experience in the firm’s commercial disputes team, working on matters involving commercial fraud, intellectual property, insolvency and bankruptcy petitions, and breach of contract claims.
Prior to joining Culbert Ellis, Aubrey worked as a paralegal in a leading healthcare legal team, assisting in the defence of medical practitioners in clinical negligence claims and healthcare regulatory proceedings.
Aubrey holds an LLM with distinction and a first-class degree in Geography form the University of Exeter. He has a particular interest in the media and entertainment industries and is keen to develop his practice in the protection of creative rights and supporting innovative businesses operating in dynamic, fast-evolving sectors
