- Advised on the £4.6m fundraising round for the UK’s leading ready-to-drink premium cocktail brand
- Advised on the restructuring of a group of companies with a value of £37m. This transaction involved the reorganisation of the entire issued share capital of a trading entity made up of c80 shareholders
- Advised on the £24m acquisition of the entire issued share capital of a major logistics business in the fresh food sector
- Advised the shareholders of a digital health company on the sale of their shares to a US corporation in consideration for the issue of an equal amount of common stock in the buyer
